I'm probably just fooling myself but whenever I saw this underwater, I was struck with the image of a horse. Black eye, muzzle tucked down. Mane composed of marine corals. Even some of the old metal straps going across the "muzzle" look like parts of a bridle. A bit of exposed rust to the left of the "eye" looks like a cheek.
C'mon, surely I'm not the only one who thinks so. Either way, it's amazing to see the marine life reclaim these sunken vessels that have been placed for artificial reefs.
