We sort of had a fight scene in Issues 2/3, but this is where we kick things up a few notches. Now we have people fighting that actually know how to fight, and magic is being used on both sides!
Some of my inspiration for a Rot-based fighting style came from Dr. Strange and his weird magical cat's cradle-y whip in his movie, as well as from the written works of China Mieville, who often incorporates gross body/blood magic into his fiction.
