That's right, @Kunschj. Calculating that accurately and fairly would be a task, but I think someone should give it a shot! Simply looking at one factor or the other isn't enough. We want to know how to keep people healthy without restricting freedom. We should put more into research, and educating the public, less into mandates and restrictions. Especially now that it's endemic, if it was ever a real threat (above common cold status) in the first place.
