As long as we're on a finite world, some kind of resource-based economy makes sense to me. I think we'll need more decentralization to get there, and maybe thousands or millions of digital currencies are a way to do it? Or maybe this is just a phase we have to go through. Self education is a good example. I learned a lot from the college of YouTube (before the heavy censorship in recent years).
