Seriously, it's EXHAUSTING to constantly be judge of whether other people's actions are cool or not. And yet, we do it even if we are woke.
Here's a trick: Don't judge. Anything:
That religion is worse than mine
He's a bad driver
I hate my mother in law
It's not your job anyway. It's our Creators/Source's job to judge - not ours. Have you ever thought about just observing? It's a constant practice requiring being present and aware.
You might find yourself saying:
oh, he has a religion
look, that guy is driving
hmm... i have a mother in law
Observing carries no judgement. It's lighter, freeing and brings much more true joy!
