Our dog Dudley was elated in nature. Any time we took him on a hike, he would literally prance. Imagine a 65 lb. dog prancing through the snow. It was awesome and hilarious.
He was a lab / pitbull mix, and his patterns looked like that of a cow. In this photo, everything was tinted blue as the sun had already set over the mountains and the snow reflected a clean blue glow.
Even though Duds passed in 2017, we think of him every time we hike, especially in the snow. His prance, his utter joy!
