Hey Hivers! How are you all doing today? Hope you all are great. God be blessed.
Today I just decided to write a not-so-long post on effectiveness, and essentially lay out one key habit needed for proper effectiveness and why it is needed. This habit is nothing else but a good night sleep.
So just one question I'd like to ask;
How many hours of sleep should you get in 24 hours? Well, for adults it should be about 7 hours with 6 being the barest minimum. For greater effectiveness, seven hours of sleep per night is essential.
It's very important that we understand that nothing is worth sacrificing our sleep for every night. The most effective and successful people in the world don't joke with bedtime.
The thing is some people don't even use bedtime that they sacrifice for important activities, instead, the night is a time to stay on social media for hours at a time. It may feel worthwhile but remember, you are sacrificing your effectiveness for minute pleasure. This kind of habit affects people that need to wake up early the next day more. And for those that don't need to, sleeping late will cause you to wake up late and kill some time in your hands. Time waits for no one.
Do you know that some people cannot sleep? I definitely don't want to be that person. So, why would you want to be the person who does not want to sleep? Sleep is a gift, a blessing.
- Sleep leaves more time on your hands.
- Sleep can boost your immune system.
- If you want your brain to function better, then try getting enough sleep.
- Sleep keeps your emotions in check.
- Do you look in the mirror and think you're too fat? Well, sleep may actually help to reduce your weight.
- You wanna be athletic? Then go to bed.
- I know nobody wants a heart disease. Unless you want to, then go to bed.
I really don't have much to say, honestly. I bet you might have realized that at the beginning of this post. If there's one thing I want you to understand, it's that effectiveness relies a lot on a good night sleep.
Thank you.
