Good evening Steemians! I wanted relay some advice concerning opportunity. There are decisions you make in life that lead you down paths in life. Sometimes life presents opportunities that can become significant choices that can change your life. And this choice can literally feel like a fork in the road called life.

Sometimes when you get presented with an option you have that tendency to not make the choice because of uncertainty. The choice offered to my family that I will discuss is one that is incredible, although its just a small opportunity. This type of choice can have a long term impact for the future. I will provide a similar creation of the situation.
Anywho, I work where there is a lot of creative minds. One day, one of my peers was talking with me and discussing life and things that happen with family in general. I spoke of music being a big part in life and that some of my kids expressed interests in music. And, she was talking about how music is wonderful and a tremendous way to express emotion. The chat was mainly workplace banter that continued for a few minutes and then we went back to our regular routines.
Fast forward to several days ago.
I was speaking with the same peer the other day and she mentioned that she had lunch with a friend. And during the lunch, the topic got to music and she mentioned me and my families experience. Her friend was captivated by the story. And out of the kindness of her heart, offered to introduce me and my musically inclined kids to a profession musician to discuss music careers, etc. I thought that this offer was kinda neat for me. But, I thought that this was an AMAZING opportunity for my kids to meet this professional musician. I make it a priority to expose my kids to various forms of music, art, education, etc so that they can see the options life has as you grow older. It’s one of those situations where you have that gut feeling that it will be something that leaves an impression with your kids as they grow up.
I took up that opportunity and my kids will be meeting a professional musician to learn about the music industry. I’m excited how this opportunity can expand the minds of thoughts of my kids. I do recommend that you take opportunities presented to you and seriously evaluate it. Because, it can provide a future opportunity and a potential new path in life.
