Goodnight guys ..

Right now I'm enjoying the quiet atmosphere of a shop that provides hot and cold drinks. Because it was almost midnight I only ordered a glass of hot tea plus a little sugar.

Besides coffee, drinking tea is also very beneficial for health, because tea leaves are produced from the Camellia sinensis plant. Tea contains a variety of chemical compounds, including caffeine, theobromine, theophylline, polyphenols and flavonoids.

Caffeine is a stimulant substance that can improve brain function and speed up heart rate. Theobromine and theophylline are also stimulants that can have a similar effect. Polyphenols and flavonoids in tea have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects that can protect the body from cell damage and prevent several diseases such as cancer, diabetes and cardiovascular disease.

In addition, tea also contains several vitamins and minerals such as vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, folic acid, magnesium and potassium. However, the content of vitamins and minerals in tea is not very significant so it cannot be the main source of nutrition.

So from now on, don't be afraid to drink tea, besides being useful for our bodies it's also refreshing when enjoyed.
