I've had some time off Steem - about two weeks! In that time I've not flown much because I've started a new job (it's goin' good!) and the weather has been like this: HEAVY RAIN 👇 Just AWFUL.

But when it did stop raining (thankfully this past weekend) we took out the camper for a ride to the coast! Which we love to do. Our staycation. We stayed at Waxham Sands, famous (maybe not) for the seals that live nearby and comes swim with you in the sea, the giant barn and an old windpump at Nearby Horsey. I really must drone this old pump.

We choose this site to relax at least once a year because the beaches are clean and quiet. The sea itself is bloody though, something we are VERY used to in the UK. For a sense of the 'remoteness' of this hidden gem, see the image below. Lots of green space and loooooads of sand dunes to explore. I'd really recommend that if you like to camp or caravan and you are planning to do this in East Anglia, look at this area of the east coast. It's beautiful (but rather hard to get to).
When the wind wasn't pushing the limits of the drone it was up in the air getting some shot of the crashing waves (with the occasional seal head bobbing up and down). It's quite something to view waves from above and see the different ranges as they break. Some are short and some are long. It's also very calming. Here are some below to admire:
