A few months ago my phone was beginning to develop some problems. It would only charge if positioned a certain way, and it would freeze up from time to time. I've had this before, so I thought it was the charging cable. That worked for about a couple weeks, then the same thing. The package came with 3 cords, and all 3 produced the same result. I tried a different USB adapter...same thing. Last week it completely went on life support. I couldn't charge it at all, and it stayed on 1% for multiple days while the charging light was on. All along the way my wife has told me to get a new one, but I pressed on...until a couple days ago.

She suggested I cash in some SBD and use it to get a new phone. I finally agreed. I found a Huawei Honor 6X on Amazon, and mah boi @rigaronib got one a while back. Instead of paying hundreds (now a days, over a thousand) on a phone from a cell company it's much cheaper to go with a GSM unlocked and pick your own prepaid service. My wife and I have Cricket (AT&T Network) which has been amazing. It's unlimited Text, Talk, and Data (4G up to 5GB) for $35 each. And, we also use SBD to pay our phone bill!

Anyways, I just received this phone today and I love it already! It has dual cameras on the back, one being a 12MP and the other a 2MP. This allows for some pretty sweet focus capability when trying to catch something up close. There's so many features with it, including pro mode, light painting, slow mo, etc. I can't wait to try them all out! It's been really fast so far, and it's running Android 7.0, and should be expecting 8.0 soon. I wanted to share a few pictures I took with it today, so here they are!
