Fluer De Sel is owned by one of only two chefs, in the East Coast of Canada, that were trained in Le cordon bleu. It was a 3 Hour long 7 course meal, an hour and half drive from Halifax. It was worth it

A group of like-minded friends, we were dental students then, nothing but a backpack in scrubs. Transportation would vary, from military jeeps to private cars. It was hot, humid and far from luxurious.
