Wines are also amazing, but it depends of your own preferences and also in the menu (if you choose pairing service, that's perfect), but I usually prefer Rioja, Priorat or Bierzo wines from 2016 or so, over €35-€40 bottle (good wine actually at those prices); if you want more expensive options you can choose, for example, a bottle of Vega Sicilia n°5 2016 from Ribera del Duero, around €140 bottle.
