This is a signature cuisine restaurant with 9 courses menu at €47 price, drinks not included. Currently they have ⭐4.7 rating in Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐5.
They respect very much the fresh and quality product that they buy daily in the market and with which they make very original and tasty elaborations. Their service is good also, fast and elegant, and having lunch on the terrace surrounded by trees and set with soft classical music made me feel very comfortable.

Green pepper salmorejo on a creamy spinach base and toasted almond topping.
Rockfish meatball with garlic and parsley wrapped in slices of pickled beet and with watermelon vinaigrette.
Lamb stewed for 56 hours with its sauce on a pumpkin cream base.
Mixed mountain herb ice cream on a base of roasted apple and biscuit tiles.
Celery and green apple ice cream with lemon sorbet and spinach juice.
