I have recently fallen in love

with @rhethypo's character, Dapper. He'll most likely kill you before you can convince him otherwise, but he's unlike other Vorpals. There's a kindness to him. Somewhere behind the voids that should be eyes, he sees things that other Vorpals choose not to see. Brave, compassionate, curious and patient (to a degree), he's a complex character that lures the reader deeper into his tale, pulling you closer into his shapeshifting clutches.

Though @rhethypo does a fantastic job of describing this character, I can't see him clearly when I close my eyes. Perhaps his ability to morph instantaneously clouds the mental image that I form, but I'm absolutely fixated on seeing him.
