Hahaha!! I relate to every single word of that! And I would have to say Yes to the question of whether it's our responsibility to try and educate our friends, if that label is true and not just a nicer way to say acquaintance-aka FB friend. There are people I know and have a level of friendliness with who would not be worth the time and aggravation because they would not see it. I don't have any true friends that fit that bill though. I couldn't deal with it at this stage of my life, I can't be the only one bringing something to the table in a relationship.

I back you up here, they should get rid of the shallow, stupid baggage ;)
