Hello Steemians! I'm drawingwithflare.

I'm back and today I went back to the earlier days of this account. I used to make drawing on paper and colour them with objects on the real world but then I suddenly post digital arts. So I draw on the good old pen and paper. And I draw another spiderman character cause two of my most upvoted post are spiderman characters specifically Venom and Carnage. So I drew Gwenom.

This was created using a 300 gsm Vellum Board, 0.1 and 0.2 Uni pin felt tip pen, Faber Castell water colour pencils Red, Black, Gray and Light blue, and 2b Mars Lumograph pencils.

So first I sketched the "Gwenom" side of the picture.

Then I sketched the "Spider Gwen" side.

Then I added her eyes and webbings on her "Spider Gwen" side.

And then I added the symbiote's.... symbiote things. I don't know what it's called but it's the ink splatter looking effects present on every symbiote host.

And then I the excessive saliva dripping from her tongue.

And after that, I outlined it with my said Uni pin pens.

Then as you know, I colour like a five year old. So I used the same technique I used is most of my drawings using water colour pencils. So I coloured it without bothering about grey areas and light spaces.

Then I used a bit of water to mix the colours as even as I can.

And I added shadows on the part that is white. Like most comic and drawings, they use a light shade of blue for shadows.

And then I added lines just like the original picture had.

And then here it's comparison with the original picture.
