The are also called as bellychon, lechon belly, lechon liempo, and pork belly here in Philippines.The taste and flavor should be the same whatever this dish is referred to. This means that it should be delicious while being crispy on the outside. They commonly cook this on oven, when you open it you will smell the greatness of onion and star anise when it gets infuse into the meat.
