Heute müssen wir eine Stütze produzieren.
Den Korb hab ich angehangen.
Jetz müssen die Abstandshalter drauf, damit wir eine Betondeckung haben.
Weil? Der Korb darf nicht an die Schalung, weil das Bautein sonst rostet und Risse bekommt.
Die Schalung wird gereinigt und geputzt. Nachher mit Schalöl rausgewischt.
Damit die Schalung heile bleibt.
Wenn der Korb drin ist müssen wir Einbauteile reinprobieren und fixieren.
Nachher die andere Seite zusammenstellen und alles fest fixieren, damit kein Beton rauskommt.
Zum Schluss kontrollieren und betonieren. 👌.

Hi everyone 🙂 Today we have to produce a support column. I've attached the cage. Now the spacers need to go on so we have concrete cover. Why? The cage can't touch the formwork, otherwise the component will rust and crack. The formwork is cleaned and wiped down. Afterwards, it's wiped down with form release agent. So that the formwork stays intact. Once the cage is in place, we have to try fitting and secure the components. Afterwards, assemble the other side and secure everything tightly so no concrete leaks out. Finally, check and pour the concrete. 👌
