I strongly believe in marketing and onboarding. But convincing people one by one is primitive.
Here is another thing for you, I won't spend 300 hours to create an article (aka value) to make steem more visible and pricy, just so Mr big belly could extract it because he has access to an ass kisser club, this is slavery.
Either we remove the reward pool or completely revamp its functioning, and since SMTs will go the same path, they will face the same problem. Who creates value and who extracts it.
