There is no AI here, or, if we look at the other side perspective, every art that involve software is somehow a bit AI.
You decide!
And don't forget, AI might output you several options but you have the last word.
For my Minimal monster simulation I just drew 2 or 3 lines on a black canvas, then used Mirror Lab App for Android with several options until I get the result I wish.
This stage was an exercise of do, undo, delete, redo, do again and again, delete and try again with different values.
For final touch and some color filter I've used PicsArt App for Android.
Made 4 minimal monsters and here is the result.
