My Actifit Report Card: August 10 2025 - Peak of Avila on a hiking Sunday
Today was a mountain Sunday as I'm used to, I stopped counting steps in the #actifit app once I retired from the Humboldt boulevard which was my destination today. The Humboldt Hotel is located at the peak of Avila and is a tourist stop in Caracas, the most common access is by cable car but you can also get there in rustic vehicles like Jeep or walking as in my case.
The route starts by the Gamboa trail in the urbanization of San Bernardino, today I did not take many pictures because I was focused on doing the route as fast as possible even though I should still be resting at home from my days these weeks.
The last 500 meters I did barefoot to make a connection to the ground. The descent was in the cable car which is my favorite part and was accompanied by rain, just a pleasure.
