A lot of people associate January with extreme cold and snow, and rightly so. The northern hemisphere is freezing at the moment, people hiding indoors to escape the bitter bite of the elements.
We too are hiding down south, albeit, for the complete opposite reason. Cochabamba is famous for its sunny climate, and its residents feel it on their skin. Summertime is burning/hoping for rain time, as we are doing at the moment.
