Wow! @cocinator I liked your post, the burgers look great.

I love hamburgers especially with that cheese, but here in my country Venezuela right now it's a luxury to buy it. I usually prepare them on the weekends to see the difference and not cook the same as during the week. I like to add fried eggs and the last ones I invented to add to the beef (already ground goose) a chorizo of meat and pork. I'll tell you that it's good with a good sauce, onion rings and lots of mustard. And of course I accompany them with their faithful companions, french fries.
