Saludos amigos Hivers!

Greetings Hivers friends!

Every day I enjoy creating something, and using those pieces of fabric that seem forgotten I like to turn them into something cute. This time I have made a fabric doll from pieces of fabric cut in circles. They can be made in different sizes and are beautiful. I hope you like them.

Elaboración Paso a Paso./Elaboration Step by Step.

I made some templates on paper, this time I used one of 13 cm in diameter for the body, another of 13 cm in diameter for the head and the smallest of 4 cm for hands and feet.
Then I fixed the template on the fabric and cut them, obtaining a total of six pieces.

I began to baste each circumference and then proceeded to fill it with the stuffing cotton, after which I made several stitches to close it. This is how it is done with each circumference, in the hands I made some long stitches to simulate the division of the fingers.

I took a 12 cm long piece of lace, basted it and then gathered it. I stitched a few stitches at the ends to secure the seam.

At this point I started the assembly of the doll, first I put silicone on the body piece to glue the lace, then I glued the head. Then I glued the feet and hands.

With a rectangle of fabric I made the hat, sewed the sides of the rectangle and then I gathered it with thread at the top. Then I painted the eyes and mouth with the cold paint, I also placed a bow on the neck and hat.
