This week I will love us to talk on an intriguing topic...which I was looking for a heading to give it but couldn't come up with one so I decided to tag it hasty decision.....
oh I know and believe this will bless some and infact change someone's perspective towards decision making.....
so HASTY DECISION......by the tag alone you already know we are talking about taking a decision in a rush...well not withstanding the fact that at some moment you will need a quick and fast decision to get out of trouble......
By the way INDECISION is deadly on it own....but that will be a topic for another day let's dive into our today's topic first.....
HASTY DECISION, in this terms does not only talks about taking decision on a rush which can either be bad or good....But intensely it focus on taking decision on the basis of half truth.... incomplete knowledge......
Making decisions or taking decision on the basis of ignorance....and partial understanding......
There was a couple about to get married after every arrangements they are now standing in front of the alter, pastor and the whole congregation of the invited guess and friends and family the invited.....
As a tradition in most churches the pastor asked with a loud voice....that before joining this two in holy matrimony is there anyone that has an opposition to this wedding the person should speak up or forever remain silent......
The church was quiet for moment and then all of a sudden there was movement from the back everyone turned to see the wonder......
it was a pregnant woman, holding a child at hand walking to the front of the church.....left in dismay all the church was stunned and some showing signs of disappointment and as a norm whispers, talks, voices started coming up......
While this woman was half way to the front the Bride to be couldn't hold it any longer.....she turns to her husband to be and slapped him so hard that people outside could hear......
Everywhere was silent as she continued insulting him and calling him names as she walks away through the side door and went outside......
The man left in shock and confuse state was just looking at the pregnant woman whom was still walking to the front....
The woman made it to the front asked a woman to shift for her to sit with her baby and sat down comfortably...... everyone was pause for a moment even the pastor joining this marriage.....
The usher came and asked her to the front on the request of the pastor.... evaluating why she stand-up when she did to come up to the front......
The woman plead her Innocence saying she hardly hear from a distance due to the issue she has with her ear so she decided to shift to the front and doesn't even know that the pastor mentioned anything about opposing.......
It might sound stupid or rather intriguing....but hasty decision...that is making decisions when you have half truths or no truth is a stupid thing to do.....
taking decision when you don't know or understand a situation will leave you in shame and disgrace.....
premature decisions are as dangerous as traveling to the desert without any form of drinking water.....it foolish.....
I wrote this is short words just to bless someone out there and I pray it reaches them.....
