Hey new guy here is this entry with in the bounds of the rules for the contest. Someone hinted my first entry with additions to the original photo was illegal ,but rule number 4 says " You can add/remove something from the original...". Please comment below if my understanding is incorrect, constructive criticism is appreciated.
