Well personally, I haven't seen, heard or experienced where and when precum gets someone pregnant however I have read of instances where the mistake pregnancy is linked to the presence of pre cum and this spurred me into research.
In recent times, scientists and doctors specifically gynaecologists argues and come to a conclusion that precum has the propensity t get a woman pregnant especially during her ovulating period where her chances of getting pregnant is up over 500%. To argued that the release of the egg in the ovaries can meet the precum halfway through the process making it much more faster for the sperm present in the precum to reach the egg.
The ovulation of a lady at that doesn't make the lady get pregnant because the egg can not hatch itself. However scientist have proven that precum carries some amounts of sperms capable of hatching the egg In the ovary of the woman.
The sperm which is hidden in the precum find it's way through the falopian tube and voila gets to the egg.
However, this idea of getting pregnant via precum has been proven to be only possible when the woman is ovulating because her chances of getting pregnant is over the roof and just a sexual inter course with a precum can facilitate that.
Conclusively, despite the scientific evidence cases of precum getting one pregnant is one in a million and very rare.
