Love Yourself

Sometimes, even when you love yourself
You’re lonely
Even when you know who you are
And where you’re going
You’re a little lost
There is faith
But the suffering is great
Through these challenges…we grow
With our hearts open
Opportunities
Maybe only to expand our capacity for suffering
To remain fearless
Even without our skin to protect us
Or someone else to love us
