Thank God it's Friday I said. I had thought it was going to be a passive day since it was the last day of the week. I had programmed my mind for some vigorous exercise during the day but the reality on ground turned out to be different.
The job in the office required that I Stationed myself all day to a seat in the process of analyzing and documenting some data.
I was however able to get a few steps. Thank God for the walk down the hall.
