Have an issue with FreeWallet, had a transaction that didn't go through and it's been three weeks now and still no resolution. Tried to get into Ripple, Monero and Steem. None of the trades went through and have yet to see my cash back in spite of working with support. Anyone else run into this issue? I would be happy if they just fix the issue and give me my original trade as each have gone up significantly since then.
