More attention is being paid to Rogan and Spotify than the war crimes that have gone on for decades or the mismanaged spending that governments have engaged in wasting billions of dollars and running up inflation while deteriorating a cost of living.
It seems to some that the real important story everyone wants to focus on is a controversial podcast. Because we cannot have people having discussions that we don't agree with.
It is humorous to see artists who once were known for their protest of the state and other activities like unjust wars, to now set their focus on Rogan and have no issue with bootlicking for the establishment.

Why are those artists and critics so intent on doing the thinking for others rather than allowing other people to have the freedom to simply try and think for themselves?
For now, Rogan has suggested that he will try to balance out controversial viewpoints by having others with differing perspectives on the show.
