read something a few days ago, forget where now, saying it could still go up a tremendous amount & that currently is undervalued 😲 now all this? 😂maybe people are just realizing what a bet the SUV

now we must wait for the chaos to erupt 😆😆

need to find myself some keto bread so i can make this happen 😆

was thinking about this post tonight, though I had read it the other day, and wanted to do some digging further on it. I myself do often have that inner dialogue so I was intrigued that you didn't, or

it looks good although I have never tried goat, not sure that I would?.. but it is one of the most popular dishes so im sure that is for good reason

been thinking doing the same!

thanks for the upvote and resteem!

the companies promoting keto products dont have a copyright on the keto diet itself... many people started to see results with it and share the truth about their results, so it is only a matter of time

I don't consider it a fad diet by any means. Ketones are arguably a much more efficient and cleaner fuel. There are 'dirty keto' followers who obviously don't incorporate much moderation into their eating

📈up and away

these are some interesting quotes, thanks for posting

oooh fun
