what a wonderful place to be
so I stay there
and go there

that sparkle as they meet mine
and I try to catch my breath
knowing I have never seen
a more beautiful smile
your name makes my heart jump
fluttering like a butterfly in the wind
its colour dripping like paint
onto a canvas only you deserve
disbelief that after a lifetime
I have never felt like this
something so new and powerful
that I only believed existed
in movies and fairytales
in that perfect world
you would be here with me
where you want to be
together for eternity
and when I open my eyes
I expect to see you there
but no one said life was fair
so I close them again
and you reappear
