Satoshi Nakamoto does not need to write a book for someone who claims to have opened a site. It is enough to transfer 1 satoshi from Bitcoin Genesis block. Identity has proved to be alive while it is secret. The rest is blank words, nonsense and Nakamoto's intelligence.
