Selling is a way of life, it is a science that is constantly changing and improving. Today we have a large number of offers coming to our email address, calling us on private phones and being bombed over the internet. Today we are becoming increasingly resistant to advertising, offers and sales conversations. They need new insights that have a completely different approach than the classic way of selling, people have become resistant to those ways. When we look a little deeper at what sales are, it is the core engine of every business and organization without which it is impossible to succeed. In essence, we have a number of successful techniques, most importantly to understand that we have customers who are well informed and that our offer must be attractive, unique and honest. I want to explain my experience because, in markets where the monthly salary is $ 300, my salespeople know how to make 5 or more sales each day. Also, perfect sales leave a kind door to every potential customer, no one is dissatisfied and we all win together.

Bacteria are killed with penicillin, after a while they become resistant to antibiotics and then we have to find another solution to beat them. The same thing happens to people, today when we call them on the phone they are resistant to our offers, sometimes we manage to sell something, but I call it the rape technique. We want our clients to be nice, feel good and real benefit from the product or service they have purchased from us. There are a few key things that we need to keep in mind in order to have a moral and successful sale.

-1. We need to establish emotional and logical relationships with our potential clients. People buy for emotional reasons and justify buying with logic. The tone of voice and our body language establishes an emotional relationship with potential clients, while word order and conversation justify the logic - we should look like a person with security, intelligence and enthusiasm.

-2. We need to know the client's needs and wants. Sales are made by ear rather than by mouth, which is why we need to have a system of questions that can open up a potential client because this way we learn about his needs and wants. The questions should look logical, friendly, and at the beginning, we are talking about general issues down to more specific ones. Before we ask questions, we kindly ask permission to ask questions. We let the potential client know that we do not want to waste his time, it is a cultural way to move on.

-3. We present our offer that responds to the client's needs and wishes. There are very few people who will accept our offer after the first presentation. Which is why we need a ready system of questions for their comments. Sales professionals and champions never answer the question, they ask the question and identify the real reason for the objection. There is a good reason and a real reason. The real reason for the remark is the question, is there anything other than that? We have a large number of objections and they are essentially always the same, we never know the real reason, so it is imperative that we continue with the questions until we get to the heart of the problem and then ...

-4. We make an offer through a promotion that contains a great story (we refer to the experiences of others who have had the same or similar remark). We provide a solution in which a potential client feels like a winner, we do it all in a way that we do not pressure a potential client. It is important to note that we prepare for the interview before each meeting, have ready-made questions and answers as well as perfect bidding options for different situations.

-5. We give a money-back guarantee in case the product does not fit our customer. This part is important because the potential client has the assurance that he will not be duped, and our goal is for him to become our client for the next 100 years.

-6. We close the sale and leave the door to make friends. It is important that we regularly communicate with our client, ask him how he likes our product or service, what was his first experience, etc. We follow his enthusiasm and take care of his future needs if we have any new product let him know immediately. Be sure to congratulate the client on New Year's Day, religious holiday, wedding anniversary, March 8, any significant event. In this way we become friends, we become expert consultants and when a client trusts us he will always buy our products.

-7. Always ask your satisfied customers for recommendations, for every successful sale you send them a cash prize. If only you knew how rich and successful people like it when you send them a gift or $ 50 for the successful sale they have provided for you. I work with nutritional supplements, have a number of doctors and nutritionists who recommend my products, and I always reward them with money. It works really nicely, they are happy because I have respected them and I am making great money.

In sales, it is important that we select our group of people who are interested in our offer. To tell you the truth I am now working on a project in a call centre and training people to sell products to unknown people. This is the hardest kind of sales, it's harder than cold calls and I call it Antartic calls. When I have a list of interested users, our statistics are at least 54% of sales. With an unknown group of people, our sales statistics are about 33%. These are already crazy numbers because we are at the top of the world statistics. I have made several strategies and different scripts for conversation and we have perfected our communication method.

It is important that the rules of sale are always the same, the techniques are changing. We use the first part of the conversation to establish relationships and select clients from those we go to the end and those with whom we kindly end the conversation. We do not pressure potential clients to buy, we simply discover their wants and needs and then we give them an offer they cannot refuse. You should devote yourself to exploring communication, methods and strategy as well as making the perfect deals.

One of the hardest parts of a successful business is forming a sales team. It often happens that we teach people and then goes to work for another company, we cannot prevent it unless we give them the opportunity for unlimited development from the beginning. Our attitude towards the team should be honest, we should reward them for their success and their earnings should not have a limit. This way they feel beautiful, see their future and constantly have new challenges to grow and move forward.

Of course, if someone is interested in learning how to sell to people who have become resistant to sales, then they need to learn.
