This is 180 Naira, all the way from 70/80 Naira early this year; and the prices are still climbing). Just these two items. You wouldn't be wrong be if you thought it was 200 or 210 Naira or more; this was the cheapest price we could find.
I wonder how long this will continue.
I am no economist, but here I am researching inflation because it is no longer a fancy academic-business word but a reality now for me and the rest of us Nigerian masses. Purchasing power is decreasing by the day.
I really don’t like dwelling on negativity, but dear Government, is the Naira not still losing value this way (reducing purchasing power) despite your plans to curb this through import restriction?
