I saw Facebook ad on Russian page of Sweden with plenty of pics and good posts on it and went further to find out who does this marvelous job.
It appeared to be The Swedish Institute which is responsible for the country's cultural promotion abroad. What makes me thrill, is its short domain name (always had a thing for them): https://si.se/
