Good day Steemiverse.
Today I wanna talk about why steemians talk about steem so much. I use to be on the side thinking there are too many posts talking about steem, alot of the times sharing the exact same information. Another argument is that on facebook and instagram, the users aren't talking about the platforms they are using. While that point is valid, we need to realize this is not a centralized platform of the past. We as steemians are part owners in the blockchain as we have stake in the game, on facebook most of us own no stake, no stocks, and in a sense we don't eve own our own pics on the platform.
So when you see a barrage of people on steem talking about steem, sharing information that many are already sharing, just remember, we own this blockchain, it is in our best interest to share as much information as possible and keep the community informed. There is so much information out there, so much is being missed. Just yesterday talking to a friend on steem and he was asking what is steem engine all about. Now the information is around, but it quickly gets lost in the ocean of endless data on this blockchain. If I had made a video about steem engine, my friend who I introduced to steem as well as many other followers who trust my information would be well informed. A lot of the most important information here is in blog form and very technical, there is a lot of value in simplifying information for a certain audience, maybe even your audience who would rather here it from you, because it is easier to consume.
My point is do not see it as unfavorable when you see so many people talking about steem. We are owners of this blockchain.
