Wasy deakha jaye to cheeni wali bhi kh sakty
But usually cheeni wali my ziada cheeni lagao to it melts and spreads and make a mess and the way u made base on both sides
Thick corners and added jaggery, it looks easy but gets messy if not made right

Khny ko to cheeni wala paratha bhi kh sakty but as a chef myself too, i see something else, something more.....
