hive-engine and tribaldex are basically the same thing, the main difference is tribaldex has liquidity pools for swapping tokens and hive-engine is a market exchange, both of these websites you log into with your HIVE account using HIVE Keychain and buy/sell whatever tokens you want on there for HIVE.
