If I was Bill Gates. I would do this all the time. Not only would I do it but I would message them on XBL and say, "As owner of this company I would like to find out what is troubling you"
Think about the repercussions of Bill Fucking Gates actually reaching out to his customers that way. And just talking to them. They have the perfect system setup with party chat on XBL. Imagine being invited to a party chat with Bill Gates and a group of self help specialists to rid the online arena of trolls and degenerates....

I work at a park and hang out with a lot of homeless people. This one guy told me that he met “the real” Bill Gates in the 70s. He is not the Bill Gates we know today. The fake Bill Gates was hired to be the public face of Microsoft because the actual Bill didn’t like the idea of fame. Real Bill looks sort of like Clint Eastwood and solicits homeless men to pleasure his wife (the real Melinda) because he is impotent.

Worked in tech support at a video game company and was told on the phone by a probably 11-12 year old kid that we had to replace his broken disc for free because bill gates was his dad. So I said, if Bill Gates was your dad I dont think you'd be worried about paying the $20 (?) Replacement fee. He got pretty pissed and hung up, called back a few times the same day.
