The ruleset for this week's challenge
- Close Range - Units with ranged attacks are allowed to attack in the first position
The ruleset that I managed to get
- Rulesets - Close Range & Going the Distance
- Mana Cap - 12
- Active Elements -
Here's my starting lineup
Summoner: General Sloan
- With this ruleset that I got General Sloan seemed like a perfect summoner for my team
- I needed either to boost my damage or decrease my enemies go gain any advantage over my enemy
1st Position: Venari Crystalsmith
- Venari Crystalsmith was my main tank for this battle
- Main reason I like Venari Crystalsmith here a lot is hes Tank Heal ability
- Tank Heal - Restores a portion of the unit in the first position's health each round
2nd Position: Peacebringer
- And the second monster I had mana for is Peacebringer
- For 4 mana you get 2 ranged damage, 3 speed and 4 hp
- Even tho he isn't the best monster based on stats especially because I only have him in lvl 1, I still decided to play him because I just didn't have any other low mana ranged monsters
Starting board
- Starting board looked quite interesting
- At first glance I was sure that I would win because my summoner was actually benefiting my team not like my enemies
- And also I thought my enemy wasted a lot of mana on his summoner
- But never underestimate monsters with Bloodlust
Here's how the battle went
1st Round
- After 1st Round I wanted to cry
- My Peacebringer managed to miss his attack and that was going to cost me my victory
- But I was still hopeful as there was still a change that my enemy would miss his attack
- Now it was down to him hitting of missing his only attack so lets have a look
2nd Round
- Not my lucky day today
- My enemy managed to kill my Venari Crystalsmith which granted him a Bloodlust stack and now he had just enough damage to kill my Peacebringer with one hit
- Because he had more speed he was going to attack first but maybe just maybe he was going to miss even tho I had already gave up
- But lets have a look
3th Round
- And of course no, my enemy just wouldn't miss
- After my Peacebringer had fallen I took the L

Summary
- This battle was definitely quite even but sadly my enemy was just a bit luckier today
- The battle just came down to me missing one attack and him hitting every attack he had
