Sunday on the rock and apparently Valentine's day... 😉
In our house we don't celebrate Valentine's day much as hubby's notorious for not being here but normally out at sea... Story of my life 😝 birthdays, high days and holidays... We're never guaranteed to have the man around..... I scrolled back through my FB page and couldn't even get one post of us sharing Valentine's day together... And i went back to 2009..shocking i know.. 😂 It's just life, my life.
I normally get a small gift and chocolates for the kids and they do the same. It's just another day...this man here on the photo does so much for me that one day of appreciation would not be enough by far. I'm pretty sure he'll say the same. 😉
This guy will make sure I have everything I need at any cost, he will build stuff, cook for me, he supports me in every way and every thing I choose to do. Nothing I ask is too much. Sure we've had our up and downs, who hasn't but we've weathered the storms and came out stronger on the other side. So i don't need valentine's day for love declarations as I see that love on a daily basis. When we take the scenic route and not alwaysnon purpose, when he carries my stuff and follow my rambling walks because I want photos of literally everything.... I'm very easily distracted so a quick walk can easily become a couple of hours as I need to look at everything. At least life is always an adventure with him by my side. Never a dull moment. ☺

On another non-valentine note.. 😂 This has been a great Sunday thus far..a late brunch prepared by the girl-child, Chocolates, an amazing afternoon nap and late Sunday lunch in the oven as I'm typing this.
