Finally got some TEXAS BBQ. It was totally worth it too.
This is one of the best places I have ever eaten and it was a food truck.
Let’s rank the food I got
1 - Smoked turkey! This was the most tender and flavorful turkey I’ve had in a long time. I bite turkey with some bread and pickled onions really hit the spot.
2 - Brisket sandwich. Awesome bun. Great pickles, pickled onions, and sauces.
3 - pulled pork - very little fat and it melted in your mouth.
4 - The sausage. I didn’t love this but my dad wants to move to Texas just for that.
So far my food in Texas has been amazing. I need to get back here again to try all the paces im missing.
Spot the cornhole behind those smokers. I beat my uncle in a tight game. He took the early lead 16-4. Then I brought it back and tied it up 20-20. We then tied for 3 rounds and then I finally got a 3 triple bagger and won!
We also got to go visit the state capital. It was a really cool building.
