Hello everyone.
It’s been more than a week since I started drawing Link from The Legend of Zelda.
When I’m in a good mood for drawing, I just want to stay home and draw but sadly it doesn’t work like that. I have to get to work on most weekdays and on the weekend and whenever my kids are around, it’s hard to focus.
Anyways, here is the last post about the drawing.

The image above is my progress in past week or so.
It is still work in progress. From the rough sketch on the left to what it’s looks like at the moment on the right.
It’s getting there but not quite done yet. You will know why.
The image below is a cleaned and detailed sketch. I am obsessed with his hair hahaha...it took very long time to draw.
The base colour...
Adding some shading roughly with airbrush tool.
I have some arrows to remind me where the wind and the light is coming from. I tend to confuse this even with some bright arrows.
Here, I added the first layer of detailed shading. I used watercolour brush tool and I quite like it.
I forgot to add shading on his hand but I think the fingers are facing the wrong way. I better fix them.
Here is the image showing you why it is not quite done yet.
I’d like to turn the sketch layer off at the end. When it’s turned off this is how it looks at the moment.
Sad looking!!!
Well, I hope I can get some time on the weekend to work on it more.
