Kidazzler as an Income Stream?

Why?
As many of you know, I'm a freelancer at heart, and I don't want to go back to my former day job... because no one wants to be a gas station clerk forever. I spent five years doing that, and while it's beside the point: I do use it as motivation to keep myself on the constant lookout for potential new income streams. The more spare time I have available to make music (shameless plug) and learn new things, the better.
Anyway, I stumbled onto Kidazzler on a forum I can't recall the name of and was intrigued by the concept. I heard a few skeptics claiming it was an MLM scheme and after some research, I have to disagree. Kidazzler seems to be very up-front about their process, and while there is an element of gathering referrals -- it is not necessary and is only a secondary benefit.
What do they actually do?
Kidazzler, through their mobile app, aims to create the world's largest database of kid-friendly businesses. They interpret 'kid-friendly' to mean more-or-less any business that allows children inside (ie, no liquor stores or smoke shops). Kiddazzler, as a business, earns their money through advertising revenue on their platform.
Where do I come in?
I'm glad you asked that, Boldtext. The answer, my friend, is lead generation. It is your job, upon creating a free account, to go forth onto the internet and acquire some basic information about some businesses. You need their name and phone number -- also having their address, email, and website information is optional, but helpful. If no one has already entered the information for that business, it becomes "yours". The staff at Kidazzler will contact these businesses and do the legwork. You just sit back and wait for that business to advertise on the platform. Once a deal is made, you are paid $10 per month, per business. That can add up very quickly, if you are able to secure enough businesses under your umbrella.
Are they legit?
The app is new and has only been operational for approximately 6 months at the time of writing, but early indications are that [Kiddazzler] does indeed payout the amounts promised -- and they are very careful to differentiate 'Potential Earnings' from 'Actual Earnings'. They do not charge a fee to you as a lead generator at any point during this process -- this method of earning income is absolutely free, although it requires patience. You will be paid $10 monthly for every successfully converted lead from businesses attached to your account. You can also receive monthly bonuses based on those businesses your friends generate leads from, up to 20%.
What's your conclusion?
I conclude that Kidazzler seems to be very much a legitimate source of potential income. The key is to get involved early while there are still many unclaimed businesses. Use the search engine of your choice to find a few near you (or elsewhere) and dig a few pages deep if necessary -- businesses are out there to be claimed and very real money is out there to be made ... in due time.
