Hi Steemians
This is Mt Emei which is around 1 hour drive from Leshan to Emei city. And then you will need to take the local bus to the cable car station, bus ride was around 2 hours. There is a golden Buddha on top of Mt Emei. Gold plated.
After arriving by bus, there are a few steps to walk to the cable car station. And then we needed to Queue for about 3 hours. The thousands of people queueing

Finally we reach the top of Mt Emei. There is Golden Buddha and a temple at the top

We could see some snow on the way to the top but it was quite warm as it was a sunny day.

On the way back by bus we saw some hotels and you can tell the driver if you want to stop at one of the hotels
Interesting experience although very tiring also. If you don't mind queueing for 3 hours and sitting on the bus for 2 hours and walking a few thousand steps. A jacket will be needed as ot was pretty cold, except when it was sunny at the top. You will need a full day to visit mt Emei. It is also the top 4 most famous Chinese mountain
