She got her legs on a 180° and Sasuke didn't doesn't make her in any way as good as he is let alone being better than him.
presently, the strongest (good) guy we know in the Naruto series including Boruto series is The 7th Hokage; Naruto himself and he claimed that the only shinobi that matches him Is Uchiha Sasuke.
Placing Sasuke on the same level as the 7th Hokage is same as saying Sasuke is the strongest known good shinobi in the anime.
Though Sakura's brute strength and her medical Ninjutsu skills can't be ruled aside but both combined ain't still anywhere close to Sasuke who has mastered the sharingan, has speed, has rinnengan and other special abilities.
Therefore in conclusion, Sasuke is by far better than his wife.
