Greetings to all in #Hive, #NaturalMedicine, and the #Blockchain Community, I have been away for a while, so I'm writing to give everyone an update. In February, I started a leading edge online course with NHU New Human University PraxisAletheia Founder and creator Dr. Michael Cotton.

We are six weeks into the course. Our community is a loving, warm, supportive, and close “Hearts on Fire!” I am grateful treading this new terrain with our community as we are observing ourselves unfold. This course has already enhanced evolution within, and I am hoping that when you are reading this that you will get a Bio-Psycho awakening within yourself. This course is prepping humanity for the next step in evolution, which is framed as Epoch 6, the next step in Human evolution connecting the higher brain to the higher heart “New Human.” Let us start with The Big Bang from nothing to something. Over 13.8 billion years ago, an evolution from subatomic to atomic began, and atoms, minerals and cells started combining creating complex cells that created everything in the universe all the way our DNA in continuous evolution. Before any of this ever happened, there was awareness and this awareness is within – in ancient writings this awareness is called “Prana,” “Chi” and “Tao.”

You are a shining beacon of hope for all those that live in love and labor before you. You are the promise to all those souls that came after you.

This energy travels through the body in a circular motion from your lower abdomen to the brain, this latent subtle energy is within everyone. SCM (Source Code Meditation) taps into this latent energy circulates it to your higher brain. I will not get into the details of the techniques and it's traveling patterns of SCM, but I will enlighten you on some of my benefits. I started the SCM a year ago, and in February 2021, I started PraxisAletheia, the Meta Modern Mystery School, New Human University (NHU). This is my opinion: SCM meditation enhances a deep personal self-observation, self-reflection, and connection with all Sentient Beings on the planet. Sometimes I cry for a couple minutes, but they are not tearing of sadness or I'll just laugh for a while – this positive upbeat energy resonates with me all through the day.


This is what happens when your higher brain activates. I am observing my evolution within myself in this universe. I feel intimately connected to all that exists. Every time I do this meditation, there's something different unfolding within. Throughout every experience, I have a “buzzing coated chills” affect all over my body that is also warm and comfortable like energy spurts. I feel it’s necessary for me to write about this so I can come back to read it to track my journey and see how far I’ve come. To contextualize my experiences at least the ones I can find words for. Looking at the world today, most of humanity is still operating in the lower brain; many of us are still living in a fight or flight survival mode without any meaningful connection to ourselves, our environments and all that exists. However, every single one of us is evolving along with the planet and universe whether we recognize it or not. I am honored and humbled to be in this community and folding the universe within me, with the knowing that I am participating in evolution of humanity.
